I made this latest video to show how easy it is to make your own hummus at home. I know it’s easy to just buy ready made hummus from the shops and there are many good quality ones out there, but most of them are full of preservatives. And when you make your own it tastes so much better.
Hummus is an awesome healthy snack to have with your favourite crackers or veggie sticks. Chickpeas and tahini are great sources of protein and calcium. And you can easily cut corners by using canned chickpeas and good quality roasted capsicums from a jar. There’s nothing wrong with that!
