It has been pretty cold in Sydney lately. And winter calls for comforting things. Hot chocolate is definitely one of them!
This is my own version of a Spanish thick hot chocolate, without any nasties in it and a hint of cinnamon. It’s full of good stuff but very decadent and rich at the same time, and you can whip it up in less than 10 minutes. So easy!
Mine was so thick that I actually had to “drink” it with a spoon, but feel free to add more milk if you like yours a bit runnier.
