Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chopped lemongrass
- 1 tablespoon chopped galangal (or ginger)
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander roots
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 long green chillies
- 4 kafir lime leaves
- 10 Thai basil leaves
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Simply place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until all combined.
