Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashew nuts
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons coconut nectar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cardamon pods
- chopped pistachios to serve
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except chia seeds) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Combine chia seeds and blended mixture in a bowl and leave for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Divide the mixture into 4 cups and put in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
- Top with some ground cinnamon and chopped pistachios to serve.
