- Yield: 20 balls
- 1 cup medjool dates
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup brown rice protein (I used Sunwarrior Natural)
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- some more coconut to coat the balls
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and blend until all combined.
- Roll the mixture into about 20 balls and coat each one in desiccated coconut.
