Ingredients
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1 pinch salt
- more desiccated coconut to coat the balls
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process for 1 minute until it's all combined
- Divide the mixture into 15 balls and coat with desiccated coconut
