- 1 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 small granny smith apple grated
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Coconut yogurt (my favourite is Coyo)
- Chopped fresh strawberries
- Combine all ingredients and divide into 2 glass containers. Leave it in the fridge overnight to soak.
- In the morning top with coconut yogurt and fresh strawberries (or whatever other fruit you like).
