I have realised this blog has been abandoned for a while. Life has been so busy that I am struggling to find time to cook interesting food, I have been surviving on stir frys and pastas lately. But hopefully things will change soon!
Anyways, I made these protein balls a couple of weeks ago and they were amazing! I thought I’d share the recipe here. They are the perfect afternoon snack when that sugar craving hits you. The base recipe is very similar to these ones I made a while back, but I added some extra things.
I made a batch of 20 and they can be kept in the fridge for at least a week – but I doubt they will last that long :P they are too good!
