This is a very exciting moment for me. I have finally managed to create my first ever recipe video! This is something I’ve been wanting to do for such a long time and I am definitely planning to do more of in the future.
The recipe I chose for my first video is super simple. And this is exactly what I want to promote with my blog. Eating healthy is actually very simple and it doesn’t require that much effort.
This chia pudding is something I make all the time and it takes less than 10 minutes of preparation. It’s an awesome snack or breakfast option. This recipe is enough to fill 3 small jars, it’s super low in sugar (no added sugar at all, it’s all from the fruits) and you don’t have to use mango and kiwifruit if you don’t want to. You can use any fruit you like, really.
