Bliss balls are some of my favourite snacks. They are super easy to make and one recipe makes enough balls to last me for the whole week.
It’s finally Summer here in Australia, which means it’s cherry season! One of my favourite fruits. But if cherries are not in season where you are feel free to use frozen ones. But just make sure you thaw them and remove some of the moisture first.
These bliss balls are super low in sugar. I only added a tiny bit of brown rice syrup (which is my go-to sugar alternative as it is very low in fructose). But you can always add a bit more if you like them a bit sweeter. They are also a great healthy snack for kids! I took some to a friend’s house and her 2-year old absolutely love them.
