Some people would call this dish a burrito bowl but I think naked burrito is a much cooler name. It is basically all the ingredients that you would put in a burrito minus the tortilla.
This dish is very tasty and super healthy too. It’s packed with protein and fiber from the black beans and brown rice.
To accompany the brown rice and black beans I also made a delicious guacamole, a pico de gallo salsa for some freshness and charred some corn.
