I am so glad spring is finally here! That means, no need for hearty meals anymore. It’s time to start making salads again.
This salad is extremely easy to make, it only takes 20 minutes and can be served warm or cold. I usually make this as a side dish but I don’t see why you couldn’t have it as a main. If you have a larger portion it would definitely fill you up.
If you are vegan feel free to omit the egg, it will be just as delicious!
