Guacamole has to be one of my favourite snacks ever! I just love the creaminess of avocados paired with the freshness of coriander and the other ingredients that make a great guacamole. I can totally go through a whole bowl of guac in one go with corn chips or brown rice crackers!
I’ve been thinking about ways to make my guacamole even more nutritious than it already is. Lately I’ve been into fermented veggies, especially sauerkraut. It is my latest obsession! Fermented veggies are such a good way to incorporate probiotics into your diet naturally. So I decided to try adding some to my guacamole and the result was amazing! The tartness of sauerkraut goes really well with avocados. I also added some chia seeds for extra nutrition as they are super rich in omega 3 and antioxidants.
