I honestly cannot think of an easier dessert than this. It literally only takes 5 minutes to prepare. And the best part of it is that it is also super healthy. This sorbet is vegan, refined sugar free and totally delicious! I only used 3 simple ingredients: mango, passionfruit and coconut yogurt. No additional sugar is required as the mangoes are so naturally sweet.
This is actually something you can eat for breakfast without feeling guilty about it. Seriously! Ice cream for breakfast!
This sorbet is best eaten as soon as it’s made. I mean you need to wait for it to firm up a bit in the freezer but it’s definitely better to eat it as soon as it’s ready because if you leave it in the freezer for too long it will become rock solid. But if that happens just take it out of the freezer and leave it at room temperature for half an hour to soften.
