It is finally getting warmer in Sydney, and there is nothing better than an icy cold dessert after sitting in the sun for a few hours.
I have been making these fruit sorbets for quite a while. Whenever I have a sugar craving and want a quick dessert without guilt I run to my freezer and grab some frozen fruit, whiz it up in the food processor and I have my sugar fix within a minute.
You can use any fruit. The secret is to freeze the fruit ahead so you can make this in no time. I’ve made sorbets with berries, mangoes, I still haven’t tried banana but kiwifruit is awesome!
Here’s another guilt-free vegan dessert recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 frozen kiwis chopped in pieces
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (if you like it extra sweet - I do!)
- Prep time: 2 min
- Servings: 2
- Difficulty: easy
Directions
All you need to do is place the kiwi plus agave syrup (if using) in a food processor and process it until smooth. It took me less than a minute to get a smooth consistency. Serve immediately because it melts pretty quick.
